Job Description

As a member of the LGIM America Client Implementation Team this person supports all aspects of a client implementation and current client transitions. Help build out further process and infrastructure with respect to documentation, client data and onboarding new mandates as the business continues to grow and evolve.  The role demands the ability to manage multiple priority items within a high-pressure delivery framework, while maintaining a focus on balancing business risk management with service delivery.

  • Provide support to the client implementation and change management service within LGIMA's Implementation team to ensure all procedural steps, documentation, tracking, approvals and follow-up are properly logged and completed.  Communicate and map key implementation milestones as necessary to manage and guide expectations. 
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients by coordinating the documentation and communicating necessary information to various internal and external teams, including the client, the Legal/Compliance Team, the Operations Team and third-party providers.  Also assist in conversion of onboarding workflow to PEGA to align with global workstreams.
  • Assist in the documentation and enhancements of client order management system. Collaborate with Legal/Compliance Team to ensure in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure Salesforce processes and workflows adhered to per regulatory requirements.
  • Rigorously apply business processes and procedures to support a risk-controlled and compliant environment within an effective governance framework.  Assist in the design and documentation of additional process and controls around the onboarding and cash flow events.
  • Assist in the project management and documentation of changes to client portfolios/agreements.
  • Develop a clear understanding of the function of all business areas within LGIMA, building and maintaining an effective network of strong working relationships within those areas.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
  • Experience in asset management client service a plus - knowledge of transition planning, custodian relationships, transfer agents, record keepers ideal
  • Flexibility; ability to adapt to growth and change
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and some project management software skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to operate effectively within tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Thrive in a growing and dynamic team construct

The starting salary offer will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to the applicant's education, job-related experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location, and market factors.
