Software Implementation Specialist

US Headquarters: Las Colinas, Irving TX

 

We are seeking a Sr. Software Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Services team at our offices in Irving, Texas. This individual will play a pivotal role in implementing iRely ERP software and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Position Overview

As a Software Implementation Specialistyou will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring implementation and integration, configuration, and adoption of our software to meet customers' unique needs. This role involves a blend of technical proficiency, functional expertise, and customer-facing skills, training, and occasional travel to work directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement:
    • Lead requirements-gathering sessions to understand customer needs and business processes.
    • Support Implementation from Sales handover to go-live
    • Provide top-notch customer service to large and strategic customers.
    • Support customers through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
    • Deliver training sessions for both trainers and end users, ensuring successful software adoption.
    • Interface with customers at all levels
    • Participate in customer meetings and sales events.
    • Provide customer training 
  • Implementation & Deployment:
    • Configure and build the iRely Store Suite to align with customer requirements.
    • Execute project tasks in collaboration with project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
    • Provide on-site and remote support during escalations, go-live, and post-go-live phases.
  • Standards & Processes:
    • Follow established implementation standards set by the Professional Services Organization (PSO).
    • Assess and resolve complex project challenges, focusing on quality-driven solutions.

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree of equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience with SaaS or ERP software product implementation
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to travel 20% in US
  • This position offers advancement opportunity to Project Manager
