Job description

This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Account Executive role based in Cincinnati, OH. The Inside Sales Account Executive will proactively identify and qualify prospective broker and lender partners, conduct outbound calls, and respond to inbound inquiries to generate and nurture loan opportunities. This role includes managing a portfolio of accounts, presenting LendSure’s loan programs, guiding partners through product options, and supporting them from initial inquiry through loan submission. The individual will maintain detailed records in the CRM, follow up consistently on leads and pipelines, and collaborate with underwriting, operations, and external sales teams to ensure a smooth lending process. The role also involves staying current on LendSure’s product guidelines, market trends, and compliance requirements to provide accurate, timely information to partners.
