Executive Assistant

At Centric, we’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate independently while managing both professional responsibilities and occasional personal assistant support to help maintain executive focus and momentum.

Background & Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • (financial services, wealth management, or insurance preferred)
  • Strong understanding of RIA operations, sales cycles, client service models, and compliance-aware environments
  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules, confidential communications, and high-priority meetings

Skills

  • Proficient in CRM platforms (Redtail or Wealthbox) and Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to develop and maintain executive-level tracking and reporting across all activity, meeting follow-ups, and referral partner relationships, including CPAs and attorneys.
  • Strong writing skills — capable of drafting client communications, meeting summaries, and internal updates
  • Advanced calendar management across time zones, with strong prioritization and time-protection skills
