JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • General Lines Agent Life, Health, and HMO State Insurance License.
  • 6 years as a group health insurance account executive OR combination of 4 years group health insurance account executive experience and 2 years experience in claims, customer service, managed health care experience in a role requiring self-direction, initiative, and decision making and analysis OR Bachelor degree and four years experience as a group health insurance account executive.
  • Thorough knowledge of managed care products (HMO, PPO) processes and trends.
  • Experience with complex accounts.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Experience addressing customer needs, making sound decisions and building strong customer relations.
  • Experience analyzing reports and financial information; possess analytical and financial analysis skills.
  • Written and verbal communications skills; negation skills, and presentation skills.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor Degree.
