Executive Home Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for part-time day shift positions providing one-on-one, non-medical care to seniors in their homes throughout the Omaha, NE area.

What You'll Do
As a CNA with Executive Home Care, you will provide personalized care and companionship based on each client's individual care plan.
Your responsibilities may include:
  • Providing companionship and social interaction
  • Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  • Assisting with safe transfers and mobility
  • Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
  • Providing medication reminders
  • Assisting clients with errands and transportation when needed
  • Supporting daily routines and encouraging client independence
  • Monitoring clients and reporting changes or concerns to the appropriate team member
  • Completing accurate care notes using the WellSky app
  • Following established care plans and company policies

CNA Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must:
  • Have an active CNA license/certification
  • Be at least 20 years old
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance
  • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving duties
  • Be able to follow care plans and work independently
  • Have strong communication skills and fluent English
  • Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, compassion, and respect for seniors
  • Be able to pass a background check
  • Have a smartphone capable of using the WellSky app for timekeeping and care documentation
