Ice Solutions is a rapidly growing provider of bulk liquid deicing and ice management solutions, serving commercial operators, municipalities, snow contractors, and customers nationwide. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the senior executive responsible for establishing the Company's vision, strategy, culture, and long-term growth while ensuring sustainable financial performance and operational excellence. Reporting to Company ownership, the CEO provides organization-wide leadership across all functions, including operations, business development, finance, manufacturing, logistics, human resources, product development, and strategic growth initiatives.

The CEO is accountable for developing and executing the Company's strategic plan, expanding market share, strengthening customer relationships, driving innovation, maximizing profitability, and building an organizational culture focused on accountability, safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

The CEO serves as the primary representative of Ice Solutions with customers, employees, suppliers, strategic partners, financial institutions, regulators, and the community while ensuring alignment between corporate strategy and day-to-day execution.
