Pollart Miller LLC was founded in 2003 as a firm that exclusively represented employers and insurance carriers with a focus on workers' compensation and subrogation. Since that time, the firm was grown to over 75 employees and now represents clients in Arizona, Colorado, Nebraska, and Utah.


Our practice areas have also expanded to include Workers' Compensation Defense, Appellate Law, Labor and Employment Law, General Insurance Law, Civil Litigation, Subrogation and Recovery.


About the Job

We are currently searching for a tenacious, perceptive Associate Attorney to assist with managing a diverse portfolio of workers' compensation cases for our Colorado client base with work experience of 1-2 years in litigation. We are prepared to mentor and train our new team members.


Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • To be successful as an Associate Attorney in our practice the ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, calendar, deadline and time management skills, and good billing habits.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate case management skills.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills
  • Have the ability to multi-task in the fast pace of workers' compensation defense
  • Ideal candidates will be licensed in Colorado or will have plans to become licensed in Colorado.
  • 1 year of workers' compensation defense, or similar, preferred
