Your Responsibilities as a CSR

As a Glass Doctor CSR, you are a vital part of our

team. You will be the person that provides top-notch customer service while

showing off your solid customer service skills.

Here's what you'll do:

Receives incoming calls in a

professional and courteous manner, determines purpose of the call, and

collects/verifies contact information.

Enter all relevant customer

information into the point-of-sale system

.Sets appointments for flat projects to

promptly close the sale.

Assist Auto Glass Customers using open

ended questions to ensure Glass Doctor gets the best possible information about

the vehicle.

Promptly responds to email requests to

secure the opportunity.

Collect payment from customers for the

work performed.

The following are the minimum requirements to be

considered for the CSR position at Glass Doctor:

One year or more of customer service experience preferred

.Knowledge and understanding of the basic tools of the trade.

Must be insurable with a valid driver's license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle.

Must be willing to complete a background check and drug screen.

Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time.

Outstanding phone skills.

Strong computer and internet skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
