Position: Inbound Customer Service Representative
Compensation: StartingHourly Base Rate + Bonus(es)
-$17.00/Hour
Spanish skills preferred, but not required.

Schedule(s): Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 5:30PM -or- Mon-Fri 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
About Us:
Since 2015, Lighthouse has been a leader in the debt settlement industry, helping thousands of individuals and families find financial freedom. We help families every day reduce their credit card debt by nearly half of what they owe. The role of the Inbound Customer Service Representative is to receive and handle incoming calls from our clients who have enrolled into our certified and compliant debt settlement program, assisting them with their questions or needs. Industry experience is not required.
Inbound Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls from enrolled customers, identify customer needs and offer the most appropriate resource or resolution to address their needs.
  • Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual goals and other Key Performance Indicators ('KPIs')
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using company specific procedures
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
  • Answer billing questions by talking through components of customer accounts.

Inbound Customer Service Representative Required Skills:
  • Time Management Skills: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is a requirement.
  • Computer savvy: above average working knowledge of telephonic and CRM systems is important.
  • Proficient in English/Spanish - Bilingual -preferred not necessary.
Many of the successful hires we have made over the past few years have come from call center environments.
We provide an in-house training program. No experience necessary.
