We're looking for an experienced Contract Management Professional with expertise in:

✔️ Contract review & redlining

✔️ Commercial contract negotiation

✔️ Supplier/Vendor agreements

✔️ Risk assessment & contract amendments

✔️ Microsoft Word (Track Changes & Redlining)


Requirements:

✅ 3–5+ years of contract management experience

✅ Strong knowledge of indemnification, limitation of liability, confidentiality, warranties, insurance, termination, and force majeure clauses

✅ Excellent negotiation and communication skills
