Job description

At The Mires Agency, weโ€™re redefining what a sales career can look like. We provide full training, warm leads (no cold calling), and real opportunities to grow in both income and leadership. The culture here is next level: weโ€™re built on accountability, growth, and fun.

Client Services play a pivotal role in the life insurance industry. Ultimately, Client Services help families secure their financial future.

No prior insurance experience is required.

  • Contact and consult with prospects and clients (warm leads only โ€“ no cold calling)
  • Educate families on life insurance and financial protection options
  • Customize coverage solutions based on needs and budget

๐Ÿ’ฐ Compensation:

  • Compensation is 100% commission-based and varies by performance. These ranges reflect averages for active agents.
  • The average sale on a beginning contract pays between $600 - $800.
  • Agents are able to earn a 5% raise every 2-3 months.
  • There are no quotas.

๐Ÿ’ช Who Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • Self-motivated, coachable individuals
  • S. citizens or green card holders
  • Those committed to building a career in sales and serving families with integrity

๐ŸŒŸ About Us:

  • Our mission at The Mires Agency is to empower individuals to build businesses that create financial freedom and lasting change for families and communities.
