This includes cases that may be covered by insurance and those that are not. This role works closely with legal counsel, Risk Management, and business leadership to coordinate case strategy. It supports effective prosecution and defense of claims and ensures alignment among internal and external collaborators. The Manager will participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials as a company representative, oversee the collection and production of documentation for litigation and discovery, maintain comprehensive litigation files, and manage related invoices, settlements, and expenses. The position also involves monitoring key deadlines, preparing quarterly reports on case status and risk exposure, and maintaining relationships with outside counsel, expert witnesses, and insurer-appointed counsel.
