What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor¿s degree in nursing or Master¿s degree in Social Work.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
  • Valid, unrestricted State of Michigan license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Social Worker (LMSW).
  • Excellent verbal communication, written documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of healthcare systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Case Management (CCM) or Accredited Case Manager (ACM).
