The Position: We are looking for an Insurance Authorization Representative to join our team!
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma required

Overview:
The Insurance Authorization Representative will report to the Pre-Authorization Manager and will be responsible for working a set number of claims each day. Claim type may vary from verification to pre-authorization. Below are some key functions and skills for this opportunity:
  • Meet daily production requirements.
  • Ensure accounts are updated and noted as they are worked
  • Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy
  • Updates and maintains patient information in databases
  • Tracks information and complete reports when required
  • Comply with all aspects of compliance

Job Knowledge and Requirements:
  • Basic computer skills including but not limited to data entry, email, and internet
  • Ability to communicate telephonically
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
