Responsibilities

What Youll Be Doing:


*Helping clients with auto, home, renters, condo & umbrella insurance

Quoting, selling, and binding policies (warm leads + existing clients!)


*Turning service calls into sales opportunities


*Following up on renewals, requotes, and referrals


*Educating clients and recommending better coverage


*Hitting goals, earning commissions, and winning bonuses


Requirements

Who We Want:


Bi Lingual Spanish Language

Customer-focused but sales-motivated


Comfortable on phones and computers


Detail-oriented and dependable


Insurance experience a PLUS (but well train the right attitude)


Active P&C license preferred or willingness to get licensed (we help!)
