The Opportunity:

As a Commercial Insurance Associate, you'll build relationships with new and existing clients, identify their needs, and develop insurance solutions that fit. You'll educate clients on what HUB offers, maintain a high standard of client service, and collaborate with teammates to grow awareness of the business and bring in new opportunities.

  • Full-Time Permanent opportunity working out of our Calgary-Fisher branch location.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Level 1 Insurance License or willingness to obtain

  • University Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent years of experience is preferred

  • Current knowledge in all aspects of commercial insurance is required

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial insurance is preferred, although we are willing to train those with less

  • Friendly, outgoing personality with superior client service skills

  • Ability to successfully up sell and cross sell insurance products

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectivity in both written and verbal

  • Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment

  • Proficiency with Broker Management Software Systems
