Farmers Insurance is looking for motivated, entrepreneurial individuals who want to take ownership of their careers as Insurance Agent Apprentices. This isn’t just another job. It’s a path to building your own agency.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
  • Educate clients on coverage options and recommend appropriate policies to protect their assets
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts
  • Meet or exceed sales goals by presenting and closing insurance solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and policy changes in a timely manner
  • Assist clients with policy reviews, renewals, and claims guidance
