Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dependable Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to join our team. This role focuses on assisting clients with their insurance needs, answering questions, processing policy changes, and delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, works well in a fast-paced environment, and communicates clearly in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients

Answer incoming calls and assist customers with policy questions and service requests

Process policy changes such as adding/removing vehicles or drivers

Assist clients with billing questions and payment processing

Follow up with customers regarding policy updates and documentation

Maintain accurate customer records and notes

Support the sales team with customer follow-ups and account servicing

Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish

Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

Previous customer service experience preferred

Insurance experience is a plus but not required (training provided)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable using computers and office software

Detail-oriented and organized

Positive attitude and team-focused mindset

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Licensing (Preferred but Not Required):

Florida 4-40 or 2-20 Insurance License preferred

Candidates without a license must be willing to obtain one (we can assist with training)
