Your experience has a place here.

If you’re passionate about helping people understand their health insurance options, confident in your ability to guide a sales conversation, and enjoy working from home, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Licensed Health Insurance Agent, you’ll provide consultative sales support to customers exploring health insurance options. We have opportunities available supporting both Medicare and Under 65 health plans, with agents assigned to a program based on business needs, licensing, and experience. You’ll use your insurance knowledge, sales experience, and ability to connect with people to understand each customer’s needs, explain available options, and guide them toward the plan that works best for them.

This is a seasonal, fully remote opportunity. Schedules, pay rates, program details, and assignment length may vary based on business and client needs.

What You Will Be Doing

You’ll help customers navigate important healthcare decisions by making the insurance process easier to understand. Whether you’re answering questions, explaining plan benefits, identifying additional needs, or helping a customer complete an enrollment, you’ll have the opportunity to create a positive experience with every interaction.

As a Licensed Health Insurance Agent, on a typical day, you’ll:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers exploring health insurance options
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments using active listening and consultative sales techniques
  • Educate customers on available health plans, benefits, products, and services
  • Recommend solutions based on each customer’s individual healthcare and coverage needs
  • Confidently guide conversations toward a successful enrollment
  • Complete health plan enrollments while meeting applicable sales and performance expectations
  • Identify additional customer needs and available solutions when appropriate
  • Build trust with members and prospective customers through clear, compassionate communication
  • Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
  • Protect customer information and follow all applicable privacy, security, and HIPAA requirements
  • Represent BroadPath, a Sagility Company, and our client partners with professionalism and care

What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • Active resident Health Insurance Producer License
  • Ability to obtain reciprocal state health insurance licenses when required for your assigned program
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience as a Licensed Health Insurance Agent in a Telesales environment
  • Strong consultative sales and customer service skills
  • Confidence assuming the sale and guiding customers through the enrollment process
  • Strong active listening, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to balance customer needs with sales and performance expectations
  • Strong computer navigation skills and the ability to work efficiently across multiple systems
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain seated for extended periods while working productively in a remote environment

What You Can Expect

At BroadPath, a Sagility Company, we want you to have the tools, support, and connection you need to be successful while working remotely.

You can expect:
