Miles Perryman Agency with COUNTRY Financial® is looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Associate Insurance Agent to help grow our Commercial, Farm, Personal Lines, and Life Insurance business throughout Southern Oregon.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, building long-term relationships, and helping families, farms, and businesses protect what matters most.

As part of our agency, you'll receive mentorship, training, marketing support, and the flexibility to build a career while specializing in Commercial and Farm Insurance.

What You'll Do

As an Associate Agent, you will:

  • Develop new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and prospecting.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized insurance solutions.
  • Specialize in Commercial and Farm Insurance while also offering Home, Auto, Life, and other COUNTRY Financial products.
  • Review existing policies and identify opportunities to better protect clients.
  • Educate clients on risk management and coverage options.
  • Cross-sell multiple product lines to provide comprehensive protection.
  • Work closely with the Miles Perryman Agency to develop sales strategies and achieve growth goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
