Position Overview:
Are you a passionate problem-solver and trusted advisor? Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities? As a Life Insurance and Health Insurance Agent, you will be a key resource for our clients, specializing in Medicare Supplemental Insurance and Life Insurance Planning. You will work onsite, collaborating with our team to deliver personalized insurance solutions that secure our clients financial futures.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and nurture leads through proactive outreach, community involvement, and referrals.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients healthcare, financial situations, and future goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on Medicare Supplemental Insurance plans and Life Insurance products, including term, whole, and universal life policies.
  • Assist clients in selecting and applying for appropriate insurance coverage tailored to their unique needs and budgets.
  • Manage and maintain existing client policies, ensuring timely renewals and adjustments as needed.
  • Offer basic financial advice and direct clients to additional financial services to help them achieve long-term security.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, Medicare regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliant and accurate advice.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships through ongoing support and education.
  • Collaborate closely with insurance carriers and underwriters to secure competitive rates and optimal coverage.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and contribute positively to the office culture.
  • Accurately maintain client records, process documentation, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Life Insurance and Health Insurance Agent, with a focus on Medicare Supplemental Insurance and Life Insurance Planning preferred.
  • Valid and active state insurance licenses for Life and Health Insurance; Property & Casualty license a plus.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
