We specialize in assisting clients with replacing their current policies with better options.

**Responsibilities:**
- Handle 10 - 20 inbound calls per day from prospective customers interested in life insurance products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Educate customers on various life insurance policies and benefits.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Be computer savvy to effectively navigate sales software and databases.

**Requirements:**
- Proven track record of success in sales is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Willingness to obtain necessary licenses and certifications (company will provide support).
