Job description

Farmers is looking for motivated individuals who wish to become a licensed insurance agent. Candidates will be enrolled in an on-line study guide paid by Farmers and will have local office guidance to assist them in acquiring their Massachusetts Property and Casualty license. Future opportunities to acquire your Life Insurance license is also available. Once a candidate acquires their license they will join our local office team. We will provide personal training on the carrier platforms and guide you on developing your own client book of business.

Contact existing customers to assist in their insurance needs

Probe existing client base for new sales

Requirements

Candidates need to be self motivated towards studying and completing the Personal and Casualty training. Once a candidate successfully acquires their licenses they can be brought into the office as a full time agent.
