• Build relationships with clients and prospects

Requirements

Willingness to complete Personality Assessment when prompted after applying

Licensing: You must hold or be willing to quickly obtain Property Casualty (PC) and then Life Health insurance licenses.

• Experience Skills: 2 to 3 years of previous sales, customer service, or client-facing experience is strongly preferred. You must be highly motivated and comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.

• Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational abilities

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a clear interest in future ownership

• Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks effectively

• Leadership potential and willingness to learn
