Client Services Representative โ€“ Insurance

Location: Springfield, IL; Champaign, IL; Bloomington, IL; Quincy, IL or Jacksonville, IL Department: Insurance Status: Full-Time

About the Role

The Client Services Representative supports the daily operations of the Insurance department by assisting our clients, processing policy documentation and working with insurance carriers and producers. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service while ensuring client requests are handled accurately and efficiently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to insurance clients in person, by phone, and via email
  • Assist clients with policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage documentation
  • Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements accurately and in a timely manner
  • Prepare certificates of insurance and other required documentation for clients
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management systems
  • Coordinate with insurance carriers and internal team members regarding policy servicing needs
  • Support producers with administrative tasks related to new business and renewals
  • Follow all regulatory, compliance, and company procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Insurance team
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience in the field of insurance or financial services preferred; Familiarity with farming and agricultural products is strongly preferred.
  • Illinois insurance license or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn agency management software required
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently required

Salary Range: The base salary range for this position is $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, compensation may include performance-based incentives, bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.
