Patient Ambassador: Warmly greet and check in patients upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable, safe, and valued from the moment they step through our doors.
Appointment Coordination: Manage multi-line phones to answer inquiries, accurately schedule treatment bookings, and perform strategic appointment confirmations to keep our chairs filled.
Financial & Information Management: Collect and update vital patient health history details, process daily payments, and verify dental insurance coverage seamlessly.
Clinical Team Liaison: Partner closely with our dental hygienists and assistants, communicating scheduling updates effectively to maintain an efficient, stress-free daily pace.
Office Harmony: Maintain a spotless, organized front desk environment and handle multi-tasking administrative demands smoothly.

Salary Range

Full-time $16 - $18 per hour

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Requirements

Experience: Prior experience working in a dental office environment is highly preferred, but not required. We are fully committed to training a candidate with the right work ethic and attitude!
