Familiarity with claims management software, estimating tools like Xactimate, and industry regulations is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills help you manage stressful situations and resolve claims efficiently. These abilities ensure accurate claim assessments, fair resolutions, and strong client relationships in a complex and time-sensitive environment.
