Job Responsibilities:

·        Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accurate processing across financial operations

·        Lead the month-end and year-end close process, maintaining timely and accurate financial reporting

·        Prepare and review financial statements, account reconciliations, and supporting analyses to ensure data integrity

·        Monitor cash flow by overseeing receivables, payables, and billing activities while helping improve operational efficiency

·        Support domestic and international tax compliance, including indirect tax filings and related reporting requirements

·        Maintain fixed asset records and assist with accounting related to acquisitions, capital investments, and depreciation

·        Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives

·        Coordinate with external auditors and support compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

·        Bachelors degree in Accounting

·        Experience with NetSuite, high-volume transaction processing, and the pace and reporting expectations of a private equity-backed organization

·        Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
