We’re hiring an experienced Bilingual Accountant, A person who is going to hit the ground running from day one.
Location: Orlando, FL
Pay Rate: $25 ++ per hour, based on your experience 
Schedule: Monday–Friday

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Payroll (PR). Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.

What You’ll Do:

  • Process and manage Accounts Receivable and Payroll functions
  • Payroll
  • Assist with financial reporting and month-end closings

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with payroll and accounting standards

  • Partner with the CEO and Operational Manager on payroll coordination

  • Support audits, reconciliations, and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in full cycle accounting, including payroll oversight 

  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)

  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish

  • Strong accuracy, confidentiality, and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
