Insurance Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

This is a full-time Insurance Account Manager career opportunity with Jeri Mainer State Farm in Spokane Valley, WA for someone who wants to build a long-term insurance career on both sides of the business. You will learn to sell, service, and grow a real book of business, with structured training and a clear path to advance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts end to end — new sales, policy reviews, and day-to-day service
  • Round out existing customer accounts by identifying coverage gaps and cross-selling during reviews
  • Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and warm follow-ups
  • Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately
  • Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
  • Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and customer records in the agency system
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales and service goals

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required — we will train you
  • Comfortable balancing sales goals with day-to-day customer service
