Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for our established personal lines clients, managing their renewals, policy changes, and coverage inquiries.

Market renewal accounts to various carriers to ensure our clients receive the most competitive rates and best coverage options.

Identify gaps in coverage and proactively suggest policy enhancements to better protect our clients.

Review policies for accuracy and handle complex billing issues as they arise.

Document all client interactions accurately to maintain a clear record of service and advice provided.

New business sales are encouraged but not required, we pay commission on new business.


Requirements

Active Georgia Property & Casualty insurance license.

Minimum of 3 years of experience managing personal lines accounts in an independent agency.

Experience in AMS360 or a similar agency management system.

Strong knowledge of personal insurance coverages and carrier markets.

Proficient handling of homeowners, auto, and umbrella policy forms.

Excellent communication, organizational and client service skills.
