Job Summary
We’re hiring an Insurance Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships while helping individuals and businesses protect their future. In this role, you’ll work with clients on P&C insurance, Life & Health, and related financial services products, guiding them through coverage and financial planning recommendations, quoting, and policy changes—while delivering responsive, high-quality service.
Responsibilities
  • Manage an assigned book of business, including renewals, follow-ups, and client retention
  • Review client needs and identify opportunities for additional coverage and/or financial services
  • Gather information, request quotes, and present coverage options clearly and accurately
  • Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and documentation as needed
  • Coordinate with carriers and internal team members to ensure timely submissions and smooth processing
  • Provide prompt client service by answering questions and resolving issues
  • Track leads, quotes, renewals, and follow-up tasks in a CRM or tracking system
  • Maintain knowledge of products, underwriting requirements, and compliance standards
