Account Manager/Customer Service Representative

Job Duties
  • Establish relationships and connections with current and future clients.
  • Manage the annual renewal process for all personal and commercial lines clients, including identifying and pursuing potential cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage all personal lines service and billing issues (endorsements, policy changes, third-party requests, etc.)
  • Advise and assist personal lines clients regarding the claims process, as necessary.
  • Assist personal and commercial lines sales agents with customer service requests, certificates of insurance requests, endorsement, and submissions, as necessary.
  • Exhibit continuous growth in the areas of teamwork and personal integrity.
  • Post-sales tasks such as sending and retrieving insurance applications, sending policy documents to clients, updating mortgage and lien holders, and assisting clients with the transition process.

Professional Skills Desired
  • Proficient with computer programs & able to learn new software quickly. Working experience with Microsoft programs (Excel, & Word).
  • Have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Very Organized and able to follow instructions
  • Patient, respectful, trustworthy, friendly, articulate, honest, and ethical
