Role Description
The Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Little Rock, AR. The individual will manage client accounts, provide exceptional customer support, and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Key responsibilities include assisting clients with personal insurance needs, reviewing and processing policy changes, educating clients about available insurance products, and maintaining accurate records.
