What you'll do:
We're looking for bold, entrepreneurial talent ready to help build something extraordinary and reshape the future of building products distribution.
Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the division, aligned with company growth targets.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to regional and field sales teams to achieve aggressive sales goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, finance, and product to drive revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.

Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of regional sales leaders.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent across the division.

Revenue & Forecasting
  • Own divisional P&L targets and sales forecasting accuracy.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to drive consistent performance and pipeline health.

Customer & Partner Engagement
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Represent the company at major trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
  • Lead strategic negotiations and pricing initiatives for major deals.

What you'll bring:
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success leading revenue growth, sales strategy, pipeline development, and team performance.
  • Experience managing regional, national, or enterprise sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, forecasting, CRM systems, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that support business growth objectives.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing sales leaders and individual contributors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and executive relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform sales strategy.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with marketing, finance, operations, product, and executive leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced, or multi-location business environment.
  • Prior experience managing large or complex sales organizations.
  • Demonstrated success selling to enterprise, strategic, or key accounts.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement, compensation planning, territory design, and revenue operations.
  • Experience leading change management initiatives, process improvements, or sales transformation efforts.
