Insulation Commandos is looking for experienced, dependable, and hardworking Insulation Installers to join our Columbus, Ohio team. Responsibilities

  • Install fiberglass, cellulose, spray foam, and other insulation materials in residential and light commercial properties.
  • Remove and replace old or damaged insulation.
  • Air seal attics, crawl spaces, walls, and other building areas.
  • Operate insulation blowing equipment and installation tools safely and efficiently.
  • Read work orders and complete projects according to company standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, teammates, and management.
  • Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and maintaining company vehicles and equipment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of insulation installation experience preferred.
  • Experience with attic, crawl space, wall, and spray foam insulation is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.
  • Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
  • Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
