We are looking for someone to join and take a leadership role on the Eco Performance Builders insulation team, and contribute to our mission of creating more sustainable and comfortable living spaces for homeowners.

About Us:

Eco Performance Builders is a well-established and rapidly growing licensed general, HVAC, and insulation contractor dedicated to enhancing homes for optimal efficiency, comfort, and sustainability. With 14 years of industry experience, we take pride in making existing homes more energy-efficient and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities: Insulation Installer:
  • Lead and guide a team of insulation installers.
  • Assess and plan insulation installations for existing homes.
  • Install cellulose attic insulation to improve energy efficiency and comfort.
  • Perform attic knee wall insulation to create a more comfortable living environment.
  • Conduct air sealing to seal gaps and cracks, enhancing energy conservation.
  • Manage attic insulation removal, ensuring efficient and thorough removal of old insulation materials.
  • Execute vapor barrier encapsulation to prevent moisture-related issues.
  • Install ventilation fans to enhance air circulation and indoor air quality.
  • Perform bath fan installations to improve bathroom ventilation.
  • Handle attic hatch framing for accessibility.
