IAC, a representative of Endress+Hauser Inc., is looking for a Marketing and Workforce Development Specialist to join their team in the Chandler, AZ area.

What is the role about?

The Marketing and Workforce Development Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote the IAC brand, Manufacturer's brands, workforce development programs, employer partnerships, training opportunities, and community engagement initiatives. This role serves as a bridge between IAC and trade and professional organizations, job seekers, educational institutions, and community organizations to support talent development, recruitment, and workforce readiness.

Which tasks will you perform?

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness of workforce development programs and services
  • Create and manage digital content, including social media, email marketing, website updates, newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Coordinate outreach efforts to attract job seekers, employers, training providers, and community partners
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communications and marketing initiatives
  • Build and sustain regional talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs
  • Partner with regional sales and service leadership to align hiring priorities with workforce plans
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with schools and training programs (high schools, colleges, universities, and technical organizations)
  • Serve as a regional ambassador for IAC, promoting STEM, skilled trades, and process automation career paths
  • Design and support workforce development programs, including internships, apprenticeships, job shadowing/site visits, and outreach initiatives
  • Create structured early-career pathways into IAC's sales and service roles and engage aligned professional and educational organizations (e.g., National Society of Sales Engineers)

What do we expect from you?

You will have (required):

  • Associate degree in marketing, workforce development, or business concentration as a minimum OR 2+ years relevant experience
  • Minimum 1 year in a progressive position (2 years preferred)
  • This position is primarily a desk job but will require industry and community engagement at local and remote events. Some travel is required

You may have (preferred):

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, Workforce Development, or related field strongly preferred
  • Product and/ or applications experience preferred
  • Knowledge of workforce development programs, labor market trends, and employer engagement strategies preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Knowledge of industrial and municipal markets is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills, time management, interpersonal skills, problem solving, analytical ability
  • The ability to work effectively and with others in a fast-paced environment
