What does an Instructional Design Program Manager do?

An Instructional Design Program Manager oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs and training materials. They lead teams of instructional designers, coordinate project timelines, and ensure that learning objectives align with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Instructional Design Program Manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Instructional Design Program Manager, you need expertise in instructional design methodologies, adult learning theory, project management, and typically a degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.
