Position

An Advisor teamwithin our Rockefeller Global Family Office business unit is seeking a motivated individual to join its growing team as a Client Relationship Manager.The Client Relationship Manager will work withour Rockefeller Global Family Office Team membersand will interact directly with ultra-high-net-worth clients. This role involves understanding complex family dynamics and financial structures to deliver tailored strategies that protect wealth and assets across generations. The ideal candidate will be the face of the practice and is thorough in their work, operates with a high attention to detail, has strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills, and is driven to develop and grow in their role. This role is designed for individuals who are interested in building a long term career within the Rockefeller Global Family Office and who aspire to develop into a client facing Advisor over time.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting senior advisors in preparing deliverables and participating in client meetings
  • Communicating with clients on both a scheduled and an ad hoc basis
  • Tracking client allocations and asset transfers in a software suite, while working closely with the Rockefeller Operations team
  • Ongoing coordination with clients' CPAs and attorneys regarding balance sheet management
  • Working closely with both the Alternative Investment and Liquid Markets teams to coordinate current client portfolio matters
  • Executing the daily client operational tasks including account opening documents, check requests, journals, wires, and other custodial responsibilities
Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of relevant advisory experience, working within a family office services group, in a client service is preferred
  • Bachelors degree, with a business/finance/accounting focus preferred
  • CFP, CPA preferred
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and productive attitude
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently
  • Strong quantitative, qualitative, and technical skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Compensation Range

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $130,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for other variable compensation programs.
