This role focuses on retention, cross‐selling, and expanding the use of ISS’s corporate governance, executive compensation, sustainability, and financial analysis solutions. As a Strategic Account Manager you’ll partner with an established client base, strengthen long-term relationships, and identify new cross‐selling opportunities that help organizations make better decisions.What You’ll Do* Maintain and grow relationships across an assigned client portfolio* Use a consultative sales approach to identify and close cross‐sell opportunities* Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, pipeline management, negotiations, renewals, and closing new business* Build targeted outreach and lead‐generation campaigns to expand engagement within accounts* Achieve revenue goals through retention and new solution sales* Partner with ISS-Corporate advisory teams to deliver insights and strong customer service* Provide market feedback to support product developmentWhat We’re Looking For* Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)* 3-7 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales or marketing; financial or corporate/consulting background preferred* Strong communication and analytical skills* Ability to work independently and within a team environment* Comfortable building credibility and rapport with senior executivesWhy This Role Matters* You’ll join a growth‐oriented business in a market where demand is increasing* Corporate governance and executive compensation remain major focus areas for boards, investors, and the media* Structured onboarding and training to support fast productivity.Base salary: The New York City expected base pay range is $85,000 - $95,000 per year.
