"I can succeed as an Institutional Client Relationship Manager at Capital Group."
As one of our Client Relationship Managers (CRM) working within the Institutional Client Service Group, you will have direct responsibility for overseeing and servicing a territory representing a wide array of our institutional investor clients. These clients include large corporate, public, and endowment/foundation plan sponsors that have investments with Capital Group spanning all of Capital Group's offerings; equity, fixed income, and multi asset. Our clients are defined benefit pension providers, defined contribution plan sponsors, and endowments/foundations that can include nonprofit organizations or universities.
You will be a part of a Midwest team that includes a Senior Relationship Manager, Associate Relationship Manager, and an Institutional Sales Support Coordinator. In addition to working directly with our institutional clients, you will also work closely with their field consultants. This will require coordination, collaboration, and partnership across Capital Group's institutional teams, and other resources within the organization that support our client service efforts.
Your primary focus will be on retaining and growing our overall relationships with the institutional clients in your territory. You will spend time working outside of our offices, making proactive calls and visits to your clients with the goal of delivering a superior client service experience.

  • You have minimum of 10 years' financial service experience of which 5 years is in the institutional space.
  • You have a track record of delivering excellence in client service and sales in this channel.
  • You have strong communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and lead teams to successful client outcomes.
  • You have experience navigating all of Capital Group's internal resources to deliver excellence in client service as part of your skill set.
  • You have flexibility to travel.

Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000
