Acrylic Shower/Bath Installer - 1099 Contractor

**Must have truck, box truck, full-size van, trailer to transport materials to the home sites and must have tools to complete projects (1099 position)**

Requirements
  • Must own a truck, box truck, full-size van, or trailer capable of transporting materials to project sites.
  • Must provide the tools necessary to complete installations.
  • Installer is responsible for supplying rough materials required for each project.
  • Must possess any state or local licensing required in your market.
  • Experience in bath remodeling, plumbing, acrylic systems, or wet-area installations preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Demo and remove existing tubs, showers, and surrounding materials.
  • Install acrylic shower and bath systems, wall surrounds, accessories, and fixtures.
  • Complete plumbing work including valves, PEX, and related plumbing components.
  • Expand or convert existing wet-area spaces as required by project scope.
  • Follow all ZINTEX installation standards and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and professional job site.
  • Treat customers and their homes with professionalism and respect.
  • Submit required paperwork and installation photos accurately and on time.

Possess a high school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent education.

Possess 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, construction or in-home renovation experience with the ability to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level & combination square.

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and maintain a good driving record. *

Basic plumbing knowledge preferred. * *

Ability to use power tools (drill, jigsaw, etc.). *

Ability to lift and/or push and/or pull up to 100 pounds.

Possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.

Possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

Possess reasoning ability enabling you to understand and carry out detailed written, illustrated or oral instructions.

Personal Enclosed Trailer preferred; but not required.
