Field Project Manager

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Field Project Manager to join our team. This position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in the construction and fencing industry, gain hands-on field experience, and grow into a long-term project management role.

About the Role

The Field Project Manager will be responsible for supporting daily project operations, coordinating with customers and installation teams, performing job site measurements, and ensuring projects move smoothly from planning to completion.

We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong work ethic, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Visit job sites to measure fences, gates, and installation areas accurately
  • Review project requirements and identify potential job site challenges
  • Coordinate schedules and communicate project updates with customers and installation crews
  • Perform on-site inspections and document job site conditions through photos, measurements, and notes
  • Assist with project planning, material coordination, and workflow management
  • Ensure projects are completed according to company standards and customer expectations
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation
  • Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support project operations
