Position: HVAC Installation Manager

Pay: $75,000 to $95,000 salary + Monthly Performance Bonuses

Eligible for up to 5-10% annual bonus compensation based on performance metrics

Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 40 + hours per week

Essential Job Duties:

  • Oversee daily installation operations and field activities
  • Manage installation schedules, manpower, and project timelines
  • Coordinate labor assignments and crew availability
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally
  • Supervise installation crews, lead technicians, and subcontractors
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate installation personnel
  • Conduct team meetings and performance reviews
  • Review project scope, specifications, blueprints, and work orders
  • Coordinate with sales and operations departments to ensure project readiness
  • Serve as primary point of contact for installation-related concerns
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and contractors
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout project completion
  • Conduct safety meetings and jobsite safety inspections
  • Ensure crews use proper PPE and safe work practices

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of management or supervisory experience in installation, construction, or field operations
