Job description

The Installation Manager oversees the company’s installation operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, inventory management, and warehouse activities. This role includes clear communication with customers, installation crews, and office staff while emphasizing training, adherence to company policies, and profitability of installation projects. The Installation Manager reports to the Owner and maintains a regular on-site presence to manage job quality/productivity and the procurement of equipment and materials using company trucks and third-party suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Review and update installation schedules daily
  • Order and purchase equipment and materials timely
  • Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse functions
  • Supervise installation crews and oversee training efforts
  • Communicate clearly with customers, install crews, and office staff
  • Ensure adherence and enforcement of company policies and processes
  • Implement and enforce purchasing policies and procedures
  • Monitor project profitability and installation job efficiency

Required Qualifications
