Summary
PD is looking for an organized, relationship-focused, and solutions-driven Installation Coordinator to help manage the installation of high-end retail fixtures for some of the world's leading brands. In this role, you will coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently from planning through completion. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong partnerships, can confidently manage multiple priorities, and remains adaptable when challenges arise. Essential Duties/Responsibilities
  • Issue purchase orders and approve invoices for vendor services
  • Create Scope of Work documents detailing project requirements and expectations
  • Assess situations, determine response and communicate efficiently and effectively
  • Expedite sensitive information from field to client, vendor and coworkers
  • Compile, communicate and distribute updates across multiple systems
  • Maintains optimistic, confident relationships with client, internal departments and vendors
  • Ensures assembly instructions, installation guides and PORs are up to date
  • Confirm completion of vendor services per SOW
  • Responsible for reviewing site surveys for accuracy prior to presenting to client
  • Verify accuracy of post-installation documentation for upload and posting
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Fosters a culture that values family, innovation, collaboration and empowerment
  • Follows all safety and workplace policies

Education/Certification
  • High School Diploma or GED

Experience
