The Inspire Wellness Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team in an entirely remote capacity. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in improving the mental well-being of individuals and families through evidence-based therapeutic practices. This role is set within a fully remote environment, allowing flexibility and comfort while you provide care. Although most interactions will occur virtually, our outpatient office will serve as a resource for patients who prefer in-person consultations.

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship from the outset.
• Deliver individual and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each patient, utilizing evidence-based techniques to foster resilience and personal growth.
• Maintain meticulous documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within specified time frames to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Develop and implement crisis intervention and safety plans, as well as relapse prevention and wellness plans, to support ongoing patient stability.
• Create comprehensive discharge plans to guide patients towards continued recovery and support post-therapy.
• Remain current with all federal and state regulations, ensuring adherence to NEHS policies and procedures in all practices.
• Participate in continuous education and training programs to enhance professional skills and contribute to your growth as a mental health professional.
• Engage in regular case consultations and agency meetings to collaborate and share insights with team members and improve client care.
• Complete all licensure and mandatory training to maintain qualifications and enhance your therapeutic effectiveness.

Our clientele encompasses a diverse range of ages, backgrounds, and mental health conditions. Your work will involve supporting patients grappling with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship dynamics, and life transitions. By providing culturally competent care, you will help clients navigate their challenges and empower them to achieve sustainable wellness.

• An accredited Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field leading to licensure.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in the State of Georgia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW).

• Previous experience in a therapeutic setting, particularly in outpatient or community mental health environments.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient record keeping.
• Experience working with underserved populations or in multicultural environments is highly valued.

Inspire Wellness offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and licensure level. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
