Description
Rigging Inspection Coordinator
The Rigging Inspection Coordinator will coordinate a region's daily operations, including all customer communications that generate an order, schedule technicians, and gather information to close the customer opportunity. The coordinator will also oversee a team of technicians and help them in their professional development.
Requirements
Job Duties:
1. Document/submit appropriate report(s) as required
2. Coordinate all varieties of inspections without instruction to meet or exceed Mazzella Quality Assurance Standards
3. Communicate all required tasks to the assigned inspector(s) on a daily basis or as needed
4. Complete daily tasks accurately and completely, i.e. sales orders, quotes, service orders, projects, etc.
5. Maintain work area, equipment, in a clean and organized manner; follow all Safety Guidelines
6. Review, interpret, and understand codes, instructions, and specifications per inspection based on customer (training provided)
7. Other duties as assigned
Education:
  • A high school diploma or GED is required

Experience & Skills:
• Microsoft office/Excel experience required
• Experience in a service, inspection, or production environment a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have a training knowledge of manufacturers and industry standards, including ANSI and OSHA-will train
• Must be detail oriented with the strong ability to multi-task
• Strong analytical, conceptual, organizational, and planning skills
• Must successfully complete a criminal background check, drug screen and E-verify
